I encountered an abuse problem with torrents. All servers have the latest version of tblocker, but somehow users bypass it and continue downloading torrents. As a result, DMCA notices with all the ensuing consequences started arriving.
What are working ways to combat torrent traffic? Perhaps there are alternative solutions or additional measures (firewall, DPI, host-level restrictions, etc.). I would be grateful for any advice and directions on where to “dig.”
